Austin’s Mom made us a recipe book of all of his family’s favorite recipes about 2 years ago before we learned of our intolerance to gluten. For awhile we thought we might not ever be able to eat those recipes again, but I decided last Thanksgiving to try to make his Grandmother’s Sugar Cookies without gluten. Austin tried them and thought they were great, but the real test came when Austin’s Dad tasted one of each and declared them to be the same.
Several of my friends have asked if I could help them with their recipes and many of you have wondered about how to make some of your favorite dishes without gluten. I have decided to offer my services to convert your recipes. If you are interested all you need to do is email me: court [dot] j [dot] lee [at] gmail [dot] com.
